We have casual conversations with brave people about their past toxic relationships with a funny, light-heartedness that might have you crying but hopefully, some laughing too. Our mission is to shed light on toxic relationships, providing a source of comfort, knowledge, and guidance for those who have experienced or are currently in such relationships. We have each experienced toxic relationships. After years of therapy and healing, we want to let you know it’s possible to break free. It’s not easy, but it's possible and absolutely worth it. Hi! I’m your host, Behk. I am one half of the duo that brings you NGC, Oh My! I am an avid podcast consumer and have wanted to create my own content for quite some time. When not recording, I am at home in Tennessee, reading, cooking, drinking too much wine, taking on way more than I need to, annoying my sweet husband, and chauffeuring my girls around while we scream the lyrics to Taylor Swift songs.
